The concert portion is required for all band students!

SCHEDULE:
10:00am - Set-up crew arrives (see duty sheet for details)
11:30am - Doors to event open- Auction begins! BBQ lunch opens up for business
11:50am - Students must be in the gym SEATED in their sections at this time
12:15pm - Band performance in SD gymnasium
1st- 6th Grade performance
2nd - 7th Grade performance
3rd - 8th-12th Grade performance
4th - Full band performance
2:00pm - All auction bids are final
2:15pm - Auction winners are announced
2:30pm - Clean-up crew puts everything away
4:00pm - Doors close for the day
